Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during any consultation
• You must be seeking treatment for yourself: completing consultations on behalf of another person is not permitted

Cova Care provides online pharmacy services including clinical consultations, prescription treatments, and over-the-counter medications. Our services operate as follows:

• You complete an online consultation questionnaire providing details about your health and the treatment you require
• A qualified pharmacist or independent prescriber reviews your consultation
• If the clinician determines the treatment is safe and appropriate, a prescription is issued and your order is dispensed
• If the treatment is not deemed clinically suitable, your consultation will be declined and you will be advised accordingly
• All prescribing decisions are made at the sole discretion of our clinical team

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All information provided during consultations must be accurate, complete, and truthful
• Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment and could endanger your health
• Our clinicians have the right to refuse any prescription at their clinical discretion
• A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued
• You should inform your GP about any treatments obtained through Cova Care
• Our service does not replace the care of your regular GP: you should seek emergency medical attention where appropriate

When you place an order through our website:

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering
• Your order is subject to clinical approval: if your consultation is declined, you will receive a full refund
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where we suspect fraudulent activity
• Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery service used

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• If your consultation is declined by our clinical team, you will receive a full refund
• Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot be returned due to pharmaceutical regulations
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund
• Cancellations may be requested before your prescription has been dispensed by contacting our support team

Prescription-only medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of all medications.

When using our services, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date health information
• Reading all product information, patient information leaflets, and usage instructions
• Taking medications as directed and reporting any adverse effects to a healthcare professional
• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing access with others
