Yes. All prescription treatments require a clinical consultation. You complete an online questionnaire that is reviewed by one of our qualified clinicians. If the treatment is deemed safe and appropriate, a prescription is issued and your order is dispensed.

Consultations

You select a treatment and complete a short online questionnaire about your health, medical history, and current medications. A qualified pharmacist or independent prescriber then reviews your answers and decides whether the treatment is suitable for you.

The online questionnaire typically takes just a few minutes to complete. Our clinical team aims to review all consultations promptly, with most reviewed the same day.

If our clinician determines that the treatment is not suitable for you, your consultation will be declined and you will receive a full refund. We may suggest an alternative treatment or recommend that you speak with your GP.

Absolutely. All consultation data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR. Your health information is only accessible to our qualified clinical team and is never shared for marketing purposes.
